Windward House
Sitting steps from the water and scenic beachfront, this beautiful, spacious two-story home is the ideal location for a family get together, or for anyone wanting to create special memories in a beautiful location with spectacular views! Complete with a baby grand piano, Windward House is a unique, beachfront experience. This double master-suite house sleeps up to 15 people. A short 5-minute ferry ride from Anacortes, you will feel like you are in your own world on quiet, picturesque Guemes Island!
Outdoor living spaces include a swim-in-place pool/hot tub, BBQ, fire pit and 250 feet of beachfront to explore. There is a large deck for enjoying stunning views of the islands and outside dining . There is a private driveway and parking for 6 vehicles. The house includes a washer/dryer - complimentary linens and towels - WiFi and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The game room has ping pong, shuffle board, darts, pool table, awn games and foosball.

*NOTE: There is an additional section of the house, “Family Suite”, that is fully self-contained (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room) with private entrance that sleeps an additional 4 people. The Family Suite is an additional cost.The Family Suite is not included in the main house rental cost. This section of the house remains locked unless rented. Sleeps 4: One-bedroom “Family Suite” with private entrance, located above the game room. Includes: King bed, fully equipped kitchen, full bath, living room with sleeper sofa. Private patio with views of the islands!
Windward House is managed by Guemes Island Resort and available to book via Airbnb. This is a Private Residence located just north of the resort. It is not part of the resort. Resort amenities are not included with this rental home. Registered Guests: Only overnight registered guests may be present on the property. Occupancy may not exceed 15 people at any time. Wedding activities and/or parties and events are strictly prohibited.
