Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs

When available allows you to check in up to 2 hours early or check-out 2 hours late. This extension to your stay costs an additional $15 dollars.

Peak Summer Season

All of July, August, and September 1-10th and all weekends in September.

Summer Season

June 15th- September 30th.

Quiet Season

October 1st- June 14th

Holidays include:

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend.

One Night Stay

Quiet season one night stays in our cabins are available within two weeks of date at full summer rate.

Peak season one night stays in our cabins are available within ten days of date, with an additional $20.00 fee.

Quiet season special discounts are sometimes offered. Please contact us to inquire about current or upcoming specials or check our specials page.

Reservation Policy

During the summer season we have a three night minimum rental (we offer discounted weekly rates) and require a reservation deposit equal to a one night's rental rate to confirm a reservation.

During the quiet season we have a two night minimum in our cabins(except on holiday weekends when the minimum is three nights). In the Guemes House and Salish House we have a three night minimum in the Quiet season, but we allow two night stays at our Summer Rate. A deposit equal to the cost of your first night plus tax is required for all stays.

Shorter stays may be arranged within ten days of arrival, if space is available.

Visa, MasterCard, checks or cash are accepted.

Cancellations

90-day notice in writing for multiple cabin rentals, summer dates and holidays is required for a full refund of your deposit minus a $20 handling fee. 30-Day notice in writing for single unit rentals in the Quiet season is required for full deposit minus $20 cancellation fee. For Rent-a-Resorts please inquire about cancellation policy.

***Cancellations within three weeks of Reservation or NO SHOWS will be charged for entire stay, unless all the dates can be rebooked.

*** A Twenty Dollar processing fee will be charged to all cancellations.

We allow for reservations to be made one year in advance for the Guemes and Baker Houses, and Cabins 1-6. Salish House, Deluxe Studio Cabins, and Yurts open for reservations on January 1^st at 7am for summer season bookings.

Dogs

Your dogs are welcome as long as you keep them under control. Due to increased maintenance, there is an added charge of $10/night or $50/week, per dog. If your dog has an "accident" indoors, you will be charged for cleaning costs.

Crabbing and Clamming

Crabbing, clamming, and fishing licenses can be purchased at the Anacortes Ace Hardware. Licenses are mandatory and guests caught poaching will be asked to leave. We have some crab pots, shovels and buckets available for guest use (first come first served) but we recommend you bring your own gear. We are happy to guide you through the process if you need it. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

11 Things to Keep in Mind During Your Stay

BRING:

• YOUR DOG!!
• Clothes for the sauna, hot tub or water.
• Shellfish, crab and/or fishing gear.
• Bikes, Games, Hiking shoes, Sunscreen, Raingear.
• Rowboats have no motor. If you are allergic to exercise, bring your own motor!

REMEMBER:

• Shellfish, crab and/or fishing licenses are no longer available on Guemes.
• Crabbing is open Thursday - Monday only.
• We have Wi-Fi in certain areas of the resort.
• PLEASE - No fireworks with the exception of July 4th!
• No television and no phones in cabins!
• Have fun!!
